I have had extensive experiences in natural bodybuilding, weight loss, flexibility, rehabilitation and nutrition.

I have been able to get people into shape training as little as 3 times a month. I tailor the exercise and meal plans whether you have access to a decent gym or not.

You will become self-sufficient in as few as 4 sessions if you apply yourself.

It's very economical despite my high fees compared to paying for most trainers for 100+ sessions wasting not just money but time to get nothing but resentment and a feeling of stupidity.

I offer personal training and unlimited online consultation.

One personal training session with me is HKD$4000 excluding your gym-access fee for me after free initial consultation.

Unlimited Consultation is HKD$24000 for a 12-month period via instant messaging and email.

Payment mode to be negotiated. For other arrangements we can discuss.
