創辦人Raymond Cheng
自12歲學習烹飪，自小對美食有一種執著, 從中學開始放學後的活動唔係做功課，打機，上補習班而係去學煮餸，並先後於香港和英國進修廚藝，曾於不同廚藝比賽中得獎，亦經營私房菜和廚藝教室及餐飲顧問工作等經驗。 近年亦醉心於Plant-based protein 嘅菜式研發。希望將來透過醳·響將自己的飲食理念與人分享……
