Introduction
本人是在澳洲悉尼的core power Pilates獲得古典墊上普拉提牌照,古典普拉提跟現代普拉提的分別是它跟集中在腹部的控制和改善下身的靈活性為主。我曾經也是手腳不協調的人,這個運動為我帶來很多變化,包括提升運動表現,玉棟更靈活和強化腹部。我希望可以將古典普拉提發揚光大,和讓更多香港人認識他。我希望我的學生都是對普拉提有興趣和有心想學習普拉提。你可以自由定價,希望能教授有心人。
