有十年打籃球經驗,畢業於D1籃球女校。曾獲得D1學界籃球比賽的季軍。有豐富的比賽和實戰經驗及多年教學經驗,能夠以廣東話、英文及普通話教學。曾教授的對象由5-20歲不等。

現時在Slam Dunk兒童籃球訓練中之給擔任教練。為5-14歲的兒童提供不同程度的籃球訓練。協助其培養對籃球的興趣,段練心肺功能及肌肉耐力,從而使他們有更強壯和健康的身心發展。
曾在赤子籃球擔任助教,協助主教練培訓5-10兒童籃球技術。更在前球隊中協助及教授年青隊球員訓練。
