This may need to be replaced.   2. 120 Amp MCB for the kitchen water heater is tripping repeatedly, even when the water heater is not switched on. Replacement MCB needed. Current MCB is a legacy Hager single switch that is no longer in production.   3. Property is in Upper Cheung Sha so permit needed if driving. Bus stop within 2 minutes walk.
