Main duty and resources provided: a. Gathering the video clips, picture slides, speech, and sound. b. The soundtrack (the speech) has already been edited (演講已經剪輯好), no further editing is needed. c. However, you might need to adjust the input volume in different phases. d. Basic Transition Effect and/ or Animation Effect only, no need to make fancy things. e. Picture, Slides (in jpg or PowerPoint) and Video Clips will be provided. f. Background music will also be provided with license. g. Subtitles will be given (Big 5 codes in text formal) but you need to refine them into a formal Traditional Chinese (由口語到書面語)。 h.
