Description: 1. 我喺短跑最高速度嗰段嘅表現主要來自神經系統質素,唔係純力量。我的步頻、落地時間同 neuromuscular firing 一向比較快,所以top‑speed 嗰段自然比較有效率。不過,我嘅神經系統都算易累,對疲勞好敏感,一攰速度質素就會掉得好明顯。所以我通常需要比較多休息、比較少容量,質量優先、休息比例大啲會更啱我。之後我開始做返下肢訓練時,希望可以按呢個特性去安排,咁我可以保持返速度嘅 sharpness   2. 如果有這方面經驗,純神統系統請dm 我
