教練講解用心有耐性，以及指導非常清𥇦。當我遇到唔理解嘅動作嘅時候，教練亦會再將動作拆解為更容易明白的步驟，令初學游泳嘅我很快就能夠掌握基礎技巧。 另外，課堂以外教練亦會分享關於游泳技術的短片，讓我更能有效吸收課堂內容，事半功倍。Samuel是一位非常好嘅教練。
