Introduction

本人擁有RYT200 及空中瑜伽的導師資格,教授過近百位學生。
瑜伽,對於我本身患有濕疹的人其實是最好的選擇,因為濕疹的人不能夠做過量、大量出汗的運動,因為流汗會令到我的皮膚痕癢,瑜伽就是一個低強度運動,當然偶爾都會出汗,但這項運動係比較溫和,同一時間又可以保持身體健康。另外,這幾年來玩瑜伽學懂整個人步伐放慢,活在當下,愛自己多些,改善以前的抑鬱同焦慮的等情緒問題,瑜伽絕對是一個不錯的選擇。
