Tse Chak Lam

於香港理工作學畢業，主修旅遊管理學 。現於客戶服務行業發展，曾任職國泰空中服務員，現在在金融公司擔任客務經理 。

I graduated from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University with Bachelor degree of Tourism Management. After graduation, I worked in Cathay Pacific as a flight attendant. Currently, I am working as a customer success manager in a Fintech company and would like to climb the ladder in customer service field.
