I have completed IT training courses at my alma mater and Systematic Computer Education Centre. During my two years of high school, I served as an officer of the Computer Club and gained experience working in the computer lab.

Additionally, I have experience preparing quotes for clients, sending emails, and using spreadsheets for daily tasks like creating food lists and managing household medications. To work efficiently, I maintain habits like backing up my computer regularly, running antivirus scans frequently, and utilizing various input methods, including Q9 Chinese IME, speech input, and handwriting.
