Essential Studio offers a modern and spacious setting for your next practice, classes and events.
We are also happy to provide tailored classes, workshops or corporate retreats.
Our studios is located at Austin Road (3mins walk only from MTR station) 900 sq.ft approx and equipped with a restroom, changing room, yoga props and aerial hammocks.

教室位於柯士甸道(距離地鐵站只有3分鐘路程），建築面積約900呎，設有一個獨立洗手間、更衣室、瑜珈用品和空中瑜伽吊床。
