In my previous role as a track and field coach at the LCRA running team, I played a pivotal role in assisting the head coach in designing and implementing effective training programs. The head coach of the team is one of the most famous runners and coaches in HK. I learned a lot from him in organizing and overseeing practice sessions and coordinating travel arrangements for competitions. For example, I will help him count time for the students, giving some more advice to the students with some of my running experience. I have a personal best of 33:57 in 10 km.
In addition to my coaching experience, I hold a higher diploma in Sport Coaching from Lingnan University and I hold the level 1 USATF coaching qualification. My educational background has provided me with a strong foundation in sports science and training methodologies, enabling me to contribute valuable insights to the coaching team.
