morning, right leg has improved (more stable) of skating today, legs are both raised higher (I hv expected this improvement though), thx n fyi.

我係一個家庭主婦，平時湊仔比較辛苦，所以身體比較僵硬，聽講瑜珈可以幫助伸展筋骨，就找Ella教練線上上堂，瑜珈班每堂HK$180，教練教得好又落力，令到上堂好有動力，我覺得幾抵玩！做咗幾個星期之後，身體明顯柔軟咗，以前彎腰都覺得辛苦，而家可以輕鬆做到劈叉！瑜珈真係好神奇！且瑜珈仲可以幫助改善體態，令到身形更加優美～

瑜珈班每堂HK$150，我覺得幾抵玩。教練好有耐心，會逐個學員指導，確保動作正確，且瑜珈啲動作雖然唔算好難，但係做完之後會覺得身心舒暢，壓力都減輕～我做咗一個月，睡眠質素明顯改善咗，以前經常失眠，而家基本上晚晚都一覺到天光。

我請咗個教練嚟屋企教瑜伽，教練好細心咁幫我調整動作，搞到我啲筋骨都伸展晒，除咗身體舒服咗，儀態同體態都變得好睇咗！一堂先至二百蚊，唔使搭車又唔使同其他人爭場地，真係好抵！
