我係上班族平時坐得多，所以腰痠背痛，網絡講普拉提可以幫助紓緩腰痠背痛，就在PRO360找到阿Ben，Ben教練專業，會因應學員嘅情況調整訓練內容，跟著阿Ben教練做咗幾個星期之後，腰痠背痛嘅情況明顯改善咗，教練講普拉提仲可以幫助強化肌肉，提升體能，普拉提班每堂HK$250，我覺得幾抵玩。
