家庭主婦平時湊仔比較辛苦，所以冇乜時間做運動，聽朋友講普拉提可以幫助修身塑形，又可以改善體態，就報咗個普拉提班試吓。普拉提真係好正！啲動作雖然唔算好難，但係做完之後會覺得全身肌肉都拉伸咗，好舒服～～我做咗一個月，腰圍明顯細咗，啲肉都緊實咗！
