我係一個瑜伽愛好者，最近開始嘗試普拉提。普拉提同瑜伽有啲似，但又唔同。普拉提更加強調核心肌群嘅訓練，所以做完之後覺得成個人都挺直咗，姿勢都改善咗。我報Amy嘅普拉提班，每堂HK$200，我覺得幾合理，教練好有經驗，會逐個學員糾正動作，確保大家做到正確。
